Privacy Policy

Effective August 20, 2026 Last updated August 20, 2026 AVORYN LLC Knoxville, TN

The short version

We collect your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us, because you gave it to us to book a call or to run a system we built for you. We use it to talk to you and to do the work.

We never sell your information, and we never share phone numbers or text message consent with anyone else for marketing.

The sections below are the full version. If anything here is unclear, call and ask.

01Who we are

This site and the services described on it are operated by AVORYN LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Throughout this policy, "AVORYN," "we," and "us" mean AVORYN LLC. "You" means anyone who visits this site, contacts us, or becomes a client.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to avoryn.app and to the way we handle information you give us directly. It does not cover the separate websites or systems we build and operate for our clients, which are governed by those clients' own privacy policies.

02Information you give us

Most of what we hold, you handed to us on purpose.

Booking an assessment
When you book through the calendar on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you type into the form, along with the date and time you selected.
Contacting us directly
If you call, text, or email us, we keep the contents of that conversation and your contact details so we can answer you and pick up where we left off.
During an engagement
If you become a client, we collect what is necessary to build and run your system: business details, billing contact, and access to the accounts and tools you ask us to configure. We may also handle information about your own customers as we operate that system on your behalf. Section 06 explains how we treat that.

We do not require you to create an account on this site, and we do not ask for payment information through this website.

03Information collected automatically

Our website host records standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics on this site. The booking calendar is embedded from GoHighLevel and loads only when you open it, not when the page first loads. When you do open it, that provider may set cookies or similar technologies of its own in order to function.

Do Not Track. Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to interpret it, and we do not currently respond to it. Because we do not run behavioral tracking on this site, there is little for the signal to switch off.

04Text messages and calls

We do not share mobile contact information or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, rented, or passed along for anyone else's marketing.

By giving us your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you by text message about your inquiry, your scheduled assessment, and, if you become a client, your account and the services we run for you.

  • Message frequency varies based on what you have asked us to do.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the number or email in section 10.
  • Opting out of text messages does not remove your information from our records, and we may still contact you by phone or email where you have asked us to.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone calls to or from us may be recorded or transcribed where we have told you so at the time and where the law permits it. If we ever add an automated assistant to answer calls, we will identify it as such.

05Why we use your information

We use what we collect to do the following, and nothing else:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm, or reschedule your assessment.
  • Prepare for and follow up on that conversation.
  • Deliver, operate, and support the services you have engaged us for.
  • Send invoices and keep the financial records the law requires us to keep.
  • Send occasional messages about our services to people who have asked to hear from us, with an unsubscribe option every time.
  • Protect the site and our systems against fraud, abuse, and technical failure.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We have never done so and have no plans to.

06Who we share it with

We share personal information in three situations.

Service providers

We run on tools built by other companies, and those tools necessarily process information on our behalf. The main ones are our customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel and the carriers and messaging providers it uses to send texts and place calls), our website host, and our email provider. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

Client systems

When we build and operate a system for a client, information belonging to that client's own customers passes through it. In that arrangement the client decides what is collected and why, and we act on their instructions. We do not use that information for our own purposes. Clients own their data, their domain, and their phone number, and can take them when an engagement ends.

Legal and business transfers

We may disclose information if the law requires it, if we are responding to a valid legal process, or if it is necessary to protect someone's rights or safety. If the business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy would continue to apply until replaced.

07How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. We keep client records for the length of the engagement and afterward for as long as tax, accounting, and legal requirements demand. When information no longer serves either purpose, we delete it or strip it of anything identifying.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 08.

08Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop sending you marketing email or text messages.

Email hello@avoryn.app or call (865) 518-1163 and we will handle it. We will not charge you for it and we will not make you explain why. We may need to confirm your identity first so we are not handing your information to someone else.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. If you tell us which state you are in, we will apply whatever that law grants you.

09Security and children

We use industry standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls on the tools we use. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

This site is meant for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes and how to reach us

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
